Why Attend:

  • IMMERSION

This isn’t just an event. This is an immersion. This is an opportunity to meet, connect with and experience yourself in a way you never have before. Sisters That Stray creates in-person experiences like nothing else out there... We focus on creating an inviting, accepting space so that we can go deep and play in our feminine essence.

Being immersed allows you to have the deepest experience because you are, in a sense, disconnected from the outside world that can sometimes distract you or keep you in your same patterns.

  • EMBODIMENT

This is very different from mindset work, talk therapy, or affirmations. We take a somatic approach because all past experiences, suppressed emotion, limiting beliefs are stored in the body which is why we get ‘stuck’ in these patterns. When we work with the body, we get to release and process these things and bring our entire system into a new way of being.

We believe a woman in her body is the most powerful force on earth. Embodiment is the way to the feminine.

  • POWERFUL MODALITIES

The embodiment practices that we facilitate are designed to create lasting, sustainable change through the body.

We teach with the intention of integration – meaning, this is not just 4-hours of a powerful experience. Our intention is that you leave with a new set of tools and practices that you can implement into your own life.

The Liberated Woman…

She owns her fears and insecurities because she knows that is the way to true self-love.

Not this shallow, surface level “self-love” of baths, affirmations, and chocolate.

The type of earth-f*kcing-shattering self-love that requires you to go to the depths of your hearts to grieve the times you’ve betrayed yourself,

the type of self-love that brings you to your knees in devotion to your truth,

the type of self-love that is fierce & resilient.

She makes time to be in community even with a full to-do list and the part of her that is afraid to be seen.

She goes out of her way to be vulnerable, she knows this is where true intimacy lives.

Her life is full of intimacy, truth, aliveness…

Not because she is “lucky”

But because she chooses it.

Every day.

    – Colleen

  • “I was stuck in the same cycles and couldn’t figure out how to fully integrate past traumas. I had issues connecting with myself. At the retreat, I recognized exactly where my abandonment issues were rooted from. My biggest breakthrough was when I realized I don’t have to be the “good girl.” I felt the freedom to just be myself and be accepted as that. I started seeing more confidence and leadership skills I never recognized in myself before.”

    – Jenna

  • I was able to leave behind stress and feel like the real me! This retreat left me with several insights that I can now integrate into my daily routine.”
